During the Christmas period, follow our calendar: Lime Days, Pink Days and a few closure days (red).
Shipping calendar legend
Lime Days: orders received on these days are shipped within the same week. (*)
Pink Days: orders received on these days are shipped on the next available Lime Day. (*)
Red Days: we are closed. You can still place your order: it will be dispatched on the next available Lime Day.
From 22 December to 7 January we will not ship any orders.
To make sure you don’t run out of your products during the holidays, we recommend placing your order by 17 December at 12:00 noon (CET). (**)
During the closure days, the online shop on DrDeSimone.net will remain open: you can place your order as usual and it will be shipped with priority from 12 January.

(**) During the Black Friday and Christmas period, couriers handle exceptionally high volumes: deliveries may require a few extra working days compared with the estimated standard times.
CDS22-formula remains stable for up to 7 days out of the refrigerator with no loss of quality. What really matters is that the product is not exposed for a long time to temperatures above ~25 °C: this is why we use suitable packaging and custom-sized gel packs.
