Dispatch Schedule
We usually dispatch orders on Mondays and Wednesdays, as stated in our Shipping Standards and Shipping Policy.
To avoid excessive product transit times, shipments to areas considered remote by DHL are generally dispatched on Mondays only.
Temporary Dispatch Update
Exceptionally, we will not dispatch orders on Monday, June 29 or Monday, July 6.
As a result:
- Shipments will follow the available regular schedule, with dispatch on Wednesday, July 1 and Wednesday, July 8 where applicable.
- DHL remote-area shipments that cannot be dispatched on Wednesday, July 1 or Wednesday, July 8 will be dispatched on the first available Monday dispatch date, Monday, July 13.
- The regular dispatch schedule will resume with the dispatch day of Monday, July 13, continuing every Monday and Wednesday throughout July.
