Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In accordance with EU and Italian consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive the item, unless one of the legal exceptions listed below applies.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging, complete and intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

We will provide detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
- Food supplements: due to safety, hygiene, and temperature-sensitive storage requirements, returns are not accepted once the product has been shipped.
- Cosmetics and personal care items that have been opened or used, for hygiene and health protection reasons.
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Hazardous or flammable materials, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly at info@eos2021.it so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest solution is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer. For more information, see Shopify's refund policy.
