When skin feels dry, tight or reactive
When comfort fades quickly and the skin seems to ask for help again and again.
When your routine is doing too much
Frequent cleansing, exfoliation, friction, weather or stress can leave the barrier less stable than it looks.
When skin goes through more demanding phases
Including moments when it feels thinner, more exposed, less tolerant—or slower to recover.
Cerabest doesn't contain ceramides
Your skin already has the instructions it needs to produce the ceramides that suit it best. In dry, sensitive or reactive skin, this mechanism slows down and the barrier loses cohesion.
Cerabest helps the skin reactivate the production of its own ceramides
Cerabest supports the physiological process through which the skin produces its own ceramides, thanks to DermaACB®, a bio-active complex derived from natural ferments of Streptococcus thermophilus.

Helps restore compactness and stability to the skin barrier.
Lasting comfort, no longer dependent on cream.
I used Cerabest on a visible, red and raised scar. After just the first application, my skin felt softer and more comfortable, as if the area were less ‘tight’.
I continued using it consistently over time and, months later, the appearance of my skin seems much improved: the colour looks less intense and the scar is visually more integrated with the surrounding skin.
Hypertrophic scar
My hands were damaged by cold weather, detergents and constant washing.
After 3 days with Cerabest, the difference was already clearly visible.
I applied it during the day whenever I felt the need, because it does not leave the skin greasy. For me, it was a real ‘hand-saving’ cream during the worst days of winter.
Dry, over-washed hands
After laser treatment, the skin of my underarm had remained darker, rough and uneven. I started using Cerabest because I was looking for a gentle cream for a
very sensitive area, where I often have problems even with deodorants.
After just 3 days, the skin looked softer, smoother and more even. I had no problems with Cerabest: it felt very comfortable on my skin.

How Cerabest works
No added ceramides.
A probiotic complex that helps the skin produce its own.
Cerabest contains DermaACB®, a bio-active complex derived from natural ferments of Streptococcus thermophilus. It works on sphingomyelin, a phospholipid naturally present in the epidermis, helping the skin reactivate the physiological pathway that leads to endogenous ceramide production.
That is why Cerabest does not work by adding standardized ceramides from the outside — and why it is fundamentally different from traditional ceramide creams.
Faster recovery after fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing
Dermatological study · 62 subjects
Cerabest was dermatologically tested as a supportive cosmetic solution in a post-laser context, where the skin barrier is intensely stressed. This makes it a particularly useful model for understanding how barrier-focused support can contribute to skin comfort and recovery.
Cerabest demonstrated faster recovery of visible post-procedure signs compared with standard protocols.
Cerabest fits into every routine without complicating it. A lightweight, fast-absorbing texture that is convenient to use every day.

Yes, Cerabest contains a light fragrance; approximately 0.1%.
Cerabest is a restructuring cosmetic cream designed to support the skin barrier when the skin is dry, sensitive, reactive or going through phases of particular vulnerability. It can be used as a daily cosmetic complement alongside topical corticosteroid therapies or to help the skin regain comfort after they are discontinued.
Its restructuring action makes it an ideal ally for managing the particular vulnerability of intact skin. It does not replace medical treatments, but it can have a place as daily cosmetic support on intact skin.
