gel packs are always included; we might increase quantity in warmer months to stabilise the parcel temperature.
Assembly at dispatch:
we assemble your order from chilled stock just before carrier pickup—ice packs and product go in at the last minute, so there’s no idle time: only cold, fast transit.
Gel packs may arrive partially or fully thawed — our product stays stable if not left for long periods above ~25 °C. Our thermal pack and fast DHL Express transit limit heat exposure and temperature swings, so you can be confident it arrives in top condition.

We typically ship Monday–Wednesday to prevent parcels sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
Orders placed by Wednesday 12:00 PM (CET) usually ship the same week;
orders after Wednesday 12:00 PM (CET) usually ship at the start of the following week.
We assemble your order from chilled stock just before carrier pickup—ice packs and product go in at the last minute, so there’s no idle time: only cold, fast transit.
This approach shortens total time-in-transit and helps protect product quality.

Why can’t I see my country at checkout?

My gel packs arrived thawed. Is the product still good?

Gel packs don’t always arrive fully frozen—and that’s okay. They may partially or fully thaw during transit. Our priority is minimising temperature swings and heat exposure, not keeping the gels rock-solid.

Is the quality of my probiotic compromised?

No. Under normal conditions, CDS22-formula remains stable for up to 7 days outside the refrigerator without loss of quality.
What matters is that the product wasn’t exposed to temperatures above ~25 °C for long periods. That’s why we use thermal packaging, sized gel packs, and fast express routes to protect viability.

Why isn’t shipping free on every order?

Because CDS22-formula is a premium, heat-sensitive product—and we treat it accordingly. At drdesimone we don’t just sell a probiotic; we provide the end-to-end service that keeps it potent: professional thermal packaging, multiple gel packs sized to season, DHL Express routes, and a smart Mon–Wed dispatch to avoid weekend stops.

That level of care has a cost, and the shipping fee reflects this complete handling service so you receive the product at its best.

How do I track—or change—my delivery?

Your parcel's tracking number arrives once DHL collects it.

Please collect your parcel as soon as possible after delivery.

Do you accept returns?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on our dietary supplements, which are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. Exceptions apply to non-perishable accessories (e.g. cooling pouches) and unopened cosmetics, which may be returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
